The water-based inks in our e-4500 / e-4600 textile markers are odourless. After fixing with an iron (without steam) the textiles should be washed at a temperature of up to 60 °C. After washing, any risk from the substances in the inks used for painting in our e-4500 / e-4600 textile markers can be reasonably excluded even when breathing through mouth-nose masks. In the case of mouth masks which are marketed as personal protective equipment or as medical devices for professional users, the manufacturer's instructions must be observed.

The edding 8040 laundry marker is also suitable, as the ink is low-odour. After painting, textiles should be washed at a temperature of up to 95°C. After washing, any risk from the substances in the inks used can be reasonably ruled out even when breathing through mouth-nose masks.
