Yes, that should work. The edding permanent sprays are basically suitable for painting metal. Before painting, however, it is important to note that our permanent sprays are acrylic paints which are intended for decorative purposes. Although the durability of edding sprays can be enhanced with an appropriate primer, there would probably be signs of wear and tear even after a short period of use.
