Can the writing on the edding 8280 UV marker only be made visible in dark surroundings with UV light?
This depends on the lamp, it may be that there are lamps of different sensitivity. In any case it is helpful if no additional artificial lighting is on. The darker the better, but it does not necessarily have to be completely dark.
