Yes, that should work. However, at this low temperature, the spraying behaviour no longer meets expectations. This is due to the reduced internal can pressure (reduction of the vaporous propellant by transition to the liquid phase). At -10 °C the spraying behaviour is better again. If it is only a question of transport, -20°C is no problem.
