If two attempts to check your driver's license have failed, or you only have one device available, you can have your driver's license identified via the edding Trust Center.

Here you can book an appointment online via Calendly and choose between a MicrosoftTeams meeting or a video call.

During this appointment, the edding Trust Center will then identify your driver's license and record it in the system as "Approved".
