How can the ink of the edding 8850 carpenter pen be removed from tiles?

On most tiles it should not be a problem to remove a Carpenter pen mark. But of course it depends on the surface of the tile. If it is closed (most of the time), water und soap or alcohol will work. If it's a porous/open surface, it's impossible to remove.
