We cannot recommend a marker for this application. As the pan is directly exposed to very high temperatures, we cannot recommend a marker that can withstand the quality. If the ink is to be used on a gas stove, the ink could even burn. Basically, it should be noted that none of our markers has a food-safe ink and therefore it should be avoided that the ink comes into direct contact with food.
