Yes, this should work conditionally, because both products are water-free. The universal primer should in principle be suitable for fired clay, while the plastic primer is only intended for plastics. If the clay is only dried, there is a risk that the coating will crack when the clay expands again, e.g. due to water absorption. We recommend testing the application on an inconspicuous place.
