What material is the shaft of the edding 3000 permanent marker made from and what paint is used to paint it?
The edding marker sleeves are extruded from 99.7% pure aluminium. The sleeves are washed to remove any residue/soiling from the pressing process. The white outer coating is then applied using rollers (roller application) and dried. The white outer coating used for the markers (particularly on the edding 3000) is a polyester coating.
