The drying time depends on the surface and on the marker model. In general, the drying time on canvas is higher than on paper. The acrylic markers medium and fine are quick-drying.  Due to the increased ink application of the wider chisel nib, the ink of the acrylic markers broad takes a little longer to dry than the acrylic markers medium and fine. The edding 5400 acrylic 3D double liner contains acrylic paste for which the drying time varies depending on the technique and thickness of colour application.
